Each of the six founding investors at Elev8 has extensive operating experience in restaurant ownership and management, food services and hospitality, with deep expertise in franchising, business acquisitions, and strategic partnering with suppliers and adjacent businesses. With collective experience of more than 150 years and running businesses with thousands of employees, Elev8’s investors have a unique combination of capital, strategic guidance, and operating expertise to bring to each opportunity.
Value Added
Many private equity firms and private investors involve operating partners in limited capacities, however each of the Elev8’s investors is a current or former operator of businesses in their targeted sectors. Further, each control investment will have one managing partner with direct and ongoing involvement in the portfolio company, and all investments will be backed up by the broader group, including capabilities in management, mentorship, and business strategy.
